探讨超声刀和电凝钩在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术中的不同效果及术后对患者肛门排气功能的不同影响

Investigation on the different effects of ultrasonic scalpel and electric coagulation hook in laparoscopic appendectomy and the different effects of postoperative anal exhaust

目的:探讨超声刀和电凝钩在腹腔镜下阑尾切除术术中的不同效果及对术后患者肛门排气功能的不同影响。方法:对照组患者术中使用电凝钩对阑尾系膜分离,观察组患者术中使用超声刀对阑尾系膜分离。结果:观察组患者的术中失血量远远低于对照组;对照组患者的手术时间远远低于观察组;对于术后病检结果为单纯性阑尾炎或者化脓性阑尾炎的观察组患者的肠道功能恢复时间短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜阑尾切除手术中使用超声刀治疗方法比使用电凝钩的效果更好,出血少,手术时间短,同时术后患者肠道功能恢复快。患者能够早期进食,迅速康复。

Objective:To explore the different effects of ultrasonic scalpel and electric coagulation hook in laparoscopic appendectomy and the different effects of postoperative anal exhaust.Methods:In the control group,the electric coagulation hook was used to separate the mesentery of the appendix.While patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasonic scalpel for the separation of the mesangial membrane.Results:The amount of blood loss of patients in the observation group was much lower than that of the control group.The operation time of the control group was far lower than that of the observation group.The intestinal function recovery time of the patients in the observation group of sexual appendicitis was much faster than that of the control group.The comparisons between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasonic knife treatment in laparoscopic appendectomy is better than that of electrocoagulation,with less bleeding,shorter operation time and faster recovery of postoperative intestinal function.The patients can eat early and recover quickly.
