中药足浴联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨中药足浴联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,随机平分两组。对照组给予饮食控制,口服降糖药和(或)胰岛素控制血糖的同时加服甲钴胺片。观察组在此基础上进行中药煎汤泡足。结果:治疗后观察组麻木感、异样感、烧灼感、疼痛感、振动觉、冷热感觉阈明显降低,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was given diet control,oral hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin to control blood sugar while taking mecobalamin tablets,On this basis,the observation group carries out Chinese medicine foot bath.Results:After treatment,the numbness,abnormal sensation,burning sensation and pain scores in the observation group were significantly reduced,compared with the control group.After treatment,the vibration and cold sensation threshold of the observation group were significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant after treatment with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine foot bath combined with mecobalamin is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
