摘要
高职院校和企业的合作随着职业教育模式的改革发展日益密切。在高职院校师资队伍结构复杂和多样化的背景下,建立完善的校企"互兼互聘"制度的改革需求在逐步增加。职业教育需要摆脱传统教学模式的束缚,创新师资队伍培养模式,积极吸收优秀企业人才为学校兼职教师,同时鼓励校内专任教师下企业实践锻炼,从而全方位提升职业教育师资队伍水平。
The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is getting closer with the reform and development of education model.Under the background that the teaching staff structure in vocational colleges is becoming complex and diversified,the necessity to establish a perfect system of"co-employment"between colleges and enterprises is gradually increasing.Higher vocational education needs to get rid of the constraints of traditional teaching mode,innovate the training mode of teachers,recruit excellent talents in enterprises as part-time teachers,and encourage the full-time teachers to practice in enterprises.This will comprehensively improve the level of professional education.
