Investigation and Analysis on Scientific Research Status of College counselors

提高辅导员的科研素质、科研能力是辅导员队伍建设职业化、专业化和专家化发展的必然要求。调查显示,大部分辅导员对科研有兴趣,认为辅导员有必要从事科研,但普遍感到有压力;辅导员发表论文特别是核心期刊论文的数量偏少,获得科研立项的比例偏低,整体科研能力还有很大不足;精力不够、能力不足是制约辅导员从事科研的主要原因。提升辅导员的科研素质,应从强化科研意识、提高科研能力、优化科研环境等方面着手。

Improving counselors’ scientific research quality and ability is the inevitable requirements for the professionalization and specialization of counselors.Survey shows that most counselors are interested in scientific research and consider it necessary for them to engage in it,but they generally feel pressed.The number of papers published by counselors,especially in core journals,is low,and the proportion of scientific research projects is also on the low side.Moreover,the overall scientific research ability is still very insufficient.The main reason for this problem is insufficient energy and lack of ability.In order to improve the scientific research quality of counselors,we should strengthen the scientific research consciousness,improve the scientific research ability and optimize the scientific research environment.
