5-(呋喃基)-1H-吡唑的合成及表征

摘要 2-乙酰呋喃与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺二甲基缩醛(DMF-DMA)发生反应,所得产物在氢氧化钾为催化剂、无水乙醇为溶剂的条件下,再与水合肼反应,生成5-(呋喃基)-1H-吡唑。通过调整原料配比、反应时间和反应介质,确定了反应的最佳反应条件。采用重结晶对合成的产品进行提纯,并采用薄层色谱、熔点、液相色谱和红外光谱,对合成的产品进行了纯度和结构表征。 2-Acetylfuran was reacted with N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal(DMF-DMA),and the obtained product was further reacted with hydrazine hydrate in potassium hydroxide as a catalyst and anhydrous ethanol as a solvent.Next,5-(furyl)-1Hpyrazole was produced.The optimal reaction conditions of the reaction were determined by adjusting the ratio of raw materials,the reaction time and the reaction medium.The synthesized product was purified by recrystallization,and the synthesized product was characterized by thin layer chromatography,melting point,liquid chromatography and infrared spectroscopy.
