公众信任司法的群体心理状态即司法公信。基于"数量—传染—暗示"的群体心理形成和强化机制,互联网时代与司法腐败的碰撞,共同制造出了今日司法公信缺失的困境。作为群体心理状态,今日司法公信之状况全然不受个人信任状况之影响,也不随司法状况好转而改善。寄舆论引导易撕裂社会,一步瓦解群体难于登天。但逐步帮助参与司法者脱离群体,使他们在独立意识下克服感性拥抱理性,却是我们可以做到的事情。此消彼长,司法公信便得以逆向提升。律师以其专业权威以及与当事人"自己人"的"亲密"关系,在逆向提升司法公信的过程中可以发挥相当大的作用。

The judicial public credibility is the community mental state of the public trust in the judicial.Based on the formation and strengthening mechanism of group psychology of“quantity-affection-indication”,the collision between Internet era and judicial corruption has created the dilemma of the absence of judicial public trust.As a group state of mind,the status of judicial public trust is not affected by personal trust,nor is it improved with the improvement of judicial situation.It is easy to tear the society apart by guiding public opinion,and it is difficult to break up the group in one step.But gradually helping those who participate in the judiciary to get rid of the group and embrace reason under the independent consciousness is the thing we can do.One man’s lose is another’s gain.Lawyers,with their professionalism,authority,and the intimate relationship,can play a significant role in the process of the reverse promotion of judicial public trust.
