摘要
针对集中收集钢板喷砂作业产生的大量粉尘易对周围环境造成二次污染的问题,提出采取滤筒除尘、布袋收集粉尘、增加防护铁箱的解决方法,重点阐述集中吸灰系统的结构特点、回收灰尘的装置形式和工作原理。结果表明:集中吸灰系统能够有效防止粉尘在收集过程中造成的二次污染,并且该系统可以应用于其他类似结构的粉尘回收设备。
Aiming at the problem that a large amount of dust generated by sandblast operation of centralized collected steel plate is easy to cause secondary pollution to the surrounding environment,this paper puts forward the solution of dust removal by filter cylinder,dust collection by cloth bag and increase of protective iron box,and emphatically expounds the structural characteristics of the centralized dust absorption system,the device form and working principle of dust recovery.The results show that the centralized dust absorption system can effectively prevent secondary pollution caused by dust collection,which can be applied to other similar dust recovery equipment.
