摘要
从企业满意度视角剖析影响高职学生培养质量的因素和路径。将学生培养质量划分为期望质量、感知质量、客观质量与企业满意度,在此基础上构建基于企业满意度的高职学生培养质量概念模型,通过236份网络调研问卷进行结构方程模型验证及分析。结果表明:在学生培养质量形成过程中,客观质量贡献最大(占82%);在客观质量的形成路径中,重要性排序为实践教学、第二课堂、课堂教学;课堂教学呈现负相关性,表明目前资源分配不平衡,课堂理论教学占用资源相对过多,在资源有限的情况下,实际上造成了学生培养质量下降。
From the perspective of enterprise satisfaction,this paper analyzes the factors and paths that affect the quality of higher vocational students'training,and divides the quality of student training into expected quality,perceived quality,objective quality and corporate satisfaction.On this basis,the conceptual model of higher vocational students'training quality based on enterprise satisfaction was constructed,and the structural equation model was verified and analyzed by 236 network survey questionnaires.The results of the study showed that objective quality contributed the most(82%)in the formation of students'quality.In the formation path of objective quality,the order of importance is followed by practical teaching,second classroom,and classroom teaching.Among them,the classroom teaching shows a negative correlation,which indicates that the current resource allocation is not balanced.The classroom theory teaching consumes too much resources.In the case of limited resources,the quality of student training actually decreases.
