离子色谱法测定大气降水中的硫酸根和硝酸根离子 被引量:2

摘要 降水样品中的阴离子,经阴离子色谱柱交换分离,抑制型电导检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量,建立了离子色谱同时测定降水的硫酸根和硝酸根离子的分析方法。结果表明,2种阴离子标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.9991,测定结果的相对偏差(n=10)分别是0.81%和0.89%。用该方法对样品进行测定并进行加标回收试验,加标回收率在98.0%~101.0%之间,能满足大气降水中阴离子的分析要求,是降水样品中阴离子分析的理想方法。 Anions in precipitation samples are separated by anion chromatography column exchange,detected by inhibitory conductivity detector,characterized by retention time and quantified by peak area external standard method.Analytical method for simultaneous determination of sulfate and nitrate ions in precipitation by ion chromatography is established.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the two anion standard curves were all greater than 0.9991,and the relative deviations(n=10)of the determination results were 0.81%and 0.89%respectively.This method is used to determine the samples and carry out added standard tests.The recovery rate is between 98.0%and 101.0%,which can meet the analysis requirements of anions in atmospheric precipitation.It is an ideal method for the analysis of anions in precipitation samples.
