磨料振动对曲轴抛光的影响

摘要 为了探究曲轴抛光中磨料振动对抛光精度及抛光效率的影响,对磨粒振动进行了力学分析,确定了磨料的径向运动与抛光精度及抛光效率的关系。通过UG后处理模块进行了模拟仿真及干涉实验,并改进了一台传统的曲轴抛光机使其能够完成磨料抛光实验。UG运动仿真及抛光实验结果表明,在改进后的曲轴抛光机中增加磨粒径向运动不会产生运动干涉,同时能够大幅度提高曲轴抛光效率及抛光精度。添加磨料振动后的曲轴抛光表面粗糙度可降至0.5μm,抛光效率是未添加磨料振动抛光的三倍以上。 In order to investigate the effect of abrasive vibration on polishing precision and polishing efficiency in crankshaft polishing,the particle vibration mechanics were analysised and the trio of polishing precision、polishing efficiency、the radial motion of grinding were determined.Through the UG's back processing module,it was simulated and interfered with the experiment and a traditional crankshaft polishing machine was modified that allowed it to finish the abrasive polishing experiment.The results of UG motion simulation and polishing showed that increaseing the grinding particle size to the motion did not produce motion interference in the improved crankshaft polishing machine,it can also improve the polishing efficiency and polishing precision of the crankshaft greatly.The surface roughness of the crankshaft after adding abrasive vibration could be reduced to 0.5um and the polishing efficiency was more than three times that of the unadded abrasive vibration polishing.
