摘要
为解决再制造设计效率和满意度问题,在现有模块划分方法的基础上,结合再制造产品特点提出了再制造产品模块划分方法;将模块化思想引入质量屋,确定再制造产品各个模块的重要度;最后运用价值工程理论分析各个方案中模块的价值,实现各模块的遗传进化,完成再制造产品的模块化组合设计,使产品设计既能符合再制造产品的生产实际,又能考虑顾客的满意度。最后以再制造汽车为例,验证了面向再制造的产品模块化设计方法的有效性,提升了再制造产品设计的效率,并很好的满足了客户需求。
On the basis of the existing module classification method,combined with the characteristics of re-manufactured products,a method for module division of re-manufactured products is proposed;The modular idea is introduced into the House of Quality to determine the importance of each module of the re-manufactured product;Finally,the value engineering theory is used to analyze the value of each module in the program to achieve the genetic evolution of each module,to complete the modular combination design of the re-manufactured product so that the product Design meets both the actual production of re-manufactured products,but also consider customer satisfaction.
