基于定量缸结构的灌胶机计量系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统灌胶机计量系统中齿轮泵存在计量精度低、稳定性差、工作寿命短等固有缺陷,文章设计了一种基于定量缸结构的灌胶机计量系统,详细介绍了该系统中定比缸模块、柱塞模块、行程调整模块、动力模块等模块的组成及工作原理,并分析了各模块间的结构图纸和运动关系。基于该设计的灌胶机可实现胶水混合比例准确,出胶速度可调,出胶量可控的工作需要。经生产实践验证,该定量缸计量系统结构简单,性能稳定,制造成本低,使用寿命也远远超过现有齿轮泵计量系统。 The metering system of the traditional glue machine usually adopts gear pump technology,which exists the disadvantage of low precision,poor stability and short lifespan.In order to overcome the inherent defect of the gear pump,a kind of quantitative cylinder metering system is designed in this paper.The component modules are introduced in detail,such as definite proportion module,plunger piston module,stroke adjustment module,power module,and so on.The structural drawings and working mechanisms are also analyzed in this paper.Based on this design,the glue mixture ratio is accurate,the glue speed can be adjusted and the amount of glue can be controlled.Production practice demonstrate that the novel quantitative cylinder system possesses many advantages with simple structure,stable performance,low manufacturing cost,as well as the service life is far more than the traditional gear pump glue machine.
