摘要
针对偏置内抛物面零件加工精度不高的问题,根据偏置抛物线数学模型,编制直线逼近抛物线粗加工宏程序;根据圆弧逼近抛物线数学模型,编制圆弧逼近抛物线精加工宏程序。在FANUC0i数控车床上进行加工,并与在相同条件下,直线逼近法对比验证,结果表明,采用圆弧逼近抛物线法进行精加工,将内抛物面零件的尺寸精度提高两个公差等级,表面粗糙度提高到0.4μm,具有较高的实用价值。
