基于价值流图析技术的客车精益生产管理研究 被引量:7

摘要 文章针对LS汽车制造厂存在的订单准交率低、人员工作量不均衡等问题,以6m客车生产过程为研究对象,从企业接到订单开始,到最终发运给客户,绘制了现状价值流图,根据现状图分析了客车生产过程存在的问题,通过改推动式生产计划模式为拉动式、设立钣金及钣焊超市、优化工艺流程等方法,绘制出未来价值流图;经过优化,整个生产过程的增值比得到提高,生产提前期缩短了22天。实践证明,将价值流图析技术应用于现场精益管理,可以为企业带来良好的经济效益。 Aiming at the problems of low order quasi-delivery rate and unbalanced workload in LS auto manufacturing plant,this paper took the 6m-bus manufacturing as the research object,and drew the current value flow chart from enterprise receiving the order to the final delivery to the customer.According to the analysis of the problems from present situation existing in the bus manufacturing procedure,the future value flow chart was drawn with changing the push type to pull type production,setting up sheet metal and sheet welding supermarkets and optimizing the process flow.After optimization,the value-added ratio of the whole manufacturing process was improved,the production lead time was shortened by 22 days.Practice has proved that the application of value flow graph analysis technology in lean production management can bring good economic benefits to enterprise
