摘要
针对订单式生产(Make-To-Order,MTO)企业的订单选择问题,提出了基于订单综合评价和资源约束的订单选择流程。为了提高订单选择决策的科学性,运用基于云模型的模糊层次分析法对待选订单进行综合评价与排序,利用云模型对模糊事件的处理方法,解决了订单综合评价结果相同时,订单排序盲目性的问题。最后,以订单综合评价结果为基础,提出了基于企业资源约束的订单选择策略,并通过实例对该订单选择方法的可行性与有效性进行了对比验证,结果表明该方法能够得出最优的订单选择方案。
In view of the order selection problem about MTO(Make-To-Order)enterprises,the order selection process based on order comprehensive evaluation and resource constraints is proposed.In order to improve the scientificity of order selection decision-making,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)based on cloud model is used to evaluate and sort the orders to be selected.And the problem of sorting blindness is solved by cloud model to deal with fuzzy events when the result of order comprehensive evaluation is the same.Finally,based on the result of comprehensive evaluation of orders,the order selection strategy based on enterprise resource constraint is put forward,and the feasibility and effectiveness of orders selection method is verified through an example.The results show that the optimal order selection scheme can be obtained by using this method.
