匀壁轴承盖的铸造工艺研究及改进

Research and Improvement on Casting Process of Bearing Cap with Uniform Wall Thickness

本文对壁厚均匀的轴承盖类产品的缩松及夹渣缺陷进行研究分析。利用Magma模拟软件,通过对浇注系统、冒口等的优化,找到一种适用于匀壁轴承盖类铸件的工艺生产方法。现场生产验证,此方法可实现匀壁轴承盖类铸件批量稳定生产。

The shrinkage porosity and slag inclusion defects of bearing caps with uniform wall thickness were studied and analyzed in this paper.The Magma simulation software was used to find a production method suitable for uniform wall bearing cover castings by optimizing the gating system and riser,etc.It was proved that this method can realize the batch production of uniform wall bearing cover castings.
