儿童肠道病毒与EB病毒检测分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨儿童肠道病毒与EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)共感染的相关性。方法收集宁波市奉化市区民医院2010年3月至2014年5月门急诊临床诊断手足口病的275份婴幼儿患者样本,其中咽拭子样本186份,血浆样本89份。同期收集该医院同年龄段、临床诊断主要为呼吸道感染(包括上呼吸道感染、扁桃体炎、咽喉炎、肺炎等)及败血症的患儿共计151例,样本265例,其中咽拭子样本144份,血浆样本121份,检验EBV在两类人群中感染比例的差异。结果比较两组样本EBV检出率的差异,发现手足口病患儿组无论是咽拭子还是血浆中EBV DNA检出率均显著高于对照患儿组,分别达到32.8%和14.6%。结论儿童肠道病毒中存在较高程度的EBV感染率,提示在手足口病患儿中EB病毒与人肠道病毒共感染值得引起重视。 Objective To analysis of the correlation between enterovirus and EB virus coinfection in children.Method A total of 275 infants and young children with HFMD were collected from 2010 to 2014 in Fenghua people's Hospital,including 186 throat swabs and 89 plasma samples.At the same time,control group samples from a total of 165 cases,including 144 throat swabs and 121 plasma samples)were collected from the same age children,in the hospital who were clinically diagnosed with respiratory tract infection(including upper respiratory tract infection,tonsillitis,pharyngitis,pneumonia and septicemia).Difference in the proportion of EBV infection in the two groups of children was compared.Results It found that the detection rate of EBV DNA in throat swab or plasma of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease group was significantly higher than that of control group,which reached about 32.8%and 14.6%respectively.Conclusion There is a high degree of EBV infection in children who were infected with enterovirus.It is suggested that the co-infection of EB virus and human enterovirus in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease deserves attentions.
