当前高校学习型学生党组织建设存在以下问题:制度保障相对缺失,建设路径不够明晰;忽视学生党员的主体性,学习形式和内容陈旧;与高校育人职能脱节,对学风建设引领带动不够。理想信念教育泛化造成学习效果欠佳、学生党员在校期短限制了学习活动的深入开展、学习保障资源匮乏导致长效学习机制缺失是这些问题的主要成因。着眼于学习型学生党组织建设与专业人才培养的融合,高校可以通过强化学生的理想信念、道德观念和个体价值的认同,创设学习环境与学习交流平台,完善党风带学风建设模式,有效推进学习型学生党组织建设。

At present,there are some problems existing in the construction of learning-oriented students Party organization in colleges and universities,such as the relative absence of institutional guarantee,the lack of clear path of construction,the neglect on the subjectivity of student Party members,the obsolescence of learning forms and contents,disconnection from the function of educating students,insufficient leadership in construction of learning style.The generalization of ideal and belief education results in less effective learning.The short college period restricts the further development of learning activities.The lack of learning guarantee resources leads to the absence of long-term learning mechanism.Focusing on the integration of the construction of learning-oriented students Party organization and the cultivation of professional talents,the construction of learning-oriented students,Party organization can be effectively promoted by strengthening students'ideal and belief,moral concept and individual value identification,creating a learning environment and communication platform,improving the pattern of Party conduct construction leading learning style construction.
