高职院校教师科研活力激励机制建构研究 被引量:1

On Mechanism Construction of Teachers' Scientific Research Vitality in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校教师科研活力匮乏主要表现为:被动研究多,主动作为少;选择捷径多,潜心科研少;避重就轻多,攻关克难少;投入精力多,实际产出少。究其原因主要是高职院校缺乏有效的科研激励机制。为了提高教师的科研活力,高职院校应该建构科学的科研激励机制,具体内容包括:完善目标激励机制,凝聚科研活力;建立示范激励机制,激发科研活力;健全成果转化激励机制,释放科研活力;落实关心激励机制,点燃科研活力;适当引入竞争激励机制,注入科研活力;强化荣誉激励机制,延续科研活力。 Teachers in higher vocational colleges lack scientific research vitality,which can be concluded as follows:more passive research but less active research;more choosing shortcuts but less devoting attention to scientific research;more avoiding emphasis but less tackling difficult problems;more investing energy,but less actual output.The key reason is that higher vocational colleges did not get the effective scientific incentive mechanism.In order to improve teachers'scientific research vitality,colleges should construct a new and workable scientific incentive mechanism.Details are as follows:1.To improve the target incentive mechanism and explore the teachers'scientific research vitality.2.To set up the model incentive mechanism and arouse the scientific research vitality.3.To consummate the mechanism of achievements changing into impelling.4.To implement incentive mechanism and kindle scientific research vitality.5.To introduce a competitive and incentive mechanism and bring vitality to scientific research.6.To strengthen honor incentive mechanism and last scientific research vitality.
