摘要
在传统的端面孔、螺纹孔的加工过程中,需要先安装中心钻钻孔(导向和定位),再更换麻花钻钻孔,加工内螺纹时需要更换丝锥攻丝。由于频繁地更换中心钻、麻花钻和丝锥等,装夹刀具花费的时间比较多,生产效率低,工人劳动强度大,零件加工质量不稳定。文章拟创新一种多功能的钻孔、攻丝装置,在装置中安装可转位的分度盘,能够在提高生产率的同时,提高加工的精度。
In the process of traditional end face and threaded hole,it is necessary to install the center drill hole(guide and positioning),then replace the twist drill hole,and need to change the tap tapping when machining the internal thread.Due to the frequent replacement of center drills,twist drills and taps,the clamping tools take more time,the production efficiency is low,the labor intensity of the workers is large,and the processing quality of the parts is unstable.The article intends to innovate a multi-functional drilling and tapping device,and install an indexable indexing plate in the device,which can improve the productivity and improve the processing accuracy.
