This paper briefly describes the definition and role of post-project evaluation,and summarizes the research status and development trends of post-informatization projects at home and abroad.According to the characteristics of the tobacco industry informatization project,the article detailed and evaluated the commonly used post-assessment methods,introduced the current research on the post-evaluation mechanism of the tobacco industry informatization project,and showed the necessity and problems to be solved of exploring the post-evaluation mechanism of the tobacco industry informatization project.
