“银医通”在县级公立医院中的设计及应用评价

Design and application evaluation of “silver medical communication” in county level public hospitals

文章为了设计"以患者为导向"的"银医通"系统,实现患者的自助挂号、缴费、结算及打印等功能,从而提高就医效率。搭建医院与银行实时结算平台,通过支持多种移动支付结算方式,实现患者全程自助服务,提高患者就医满意度。结果表明,"银医通"系统的应用既方便医院门急诊及住院服务管理又延伸医疗服务,真正做到以患者为中心,方便人民群众就医,实现了多方共赢的目标。

To design a "patient-oriented" silver medical communication system to achieve self-registration, payment, settlement and printing of patients, thereby improving the efficiency of medical treatment. Establishing a real-time settlement platform for hospitals and banks, and supporting a variety of mobile payment settlement methods to achieve full-service self-service for patients and improve patient satisfaction. The results showed that the application of "silver medical communication" system not only facilitates hospital emergency and inpatient service management, but also extends medical services. It truly takes patients as the center, facilitates people’s medical treatment, and achieves the goal of multi-win.
