基于微信平台的居家中医药健康养老模式研究与实践

文章研究了基于微信平台的居家中医药健康养老模式,此模式是在全面分析居家养老现存问题与老年人群中医药健康需求的基础上,借助微信公众号、朋友圈、聊天群,开展线上健康评估、针对性中医药健康指导与答疑,实现线下自助—互助式养老。实践证明,此模式切实提高了老人的生活质量。

On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the existing problems and the health needs of the elderly, and with the help of WeChat platform, circles of friends and chat groups, the health care mode of home-based traditional Chinese medicine carries out on-line health assessment, targeted health guidance and answering of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to realize off-line self-help and mutualhelp pension. Practice has proved that this mode has effectively improved the quality of life of the elderly.
