综合护理干预对支气管炎患儿治疗效果及并发症的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on efficacy and complications in children with bronchitis

目的研究综合护理干预对支气管炎患儿治疗效果影响以及安全性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月～2017年1月在我院治疗的50例小儿支气管炎患儿的临床资料,将2016年1月～2016年6月采取常规护理干预的25例患儿资料组成对照组,2016年7月～2017年1月采取综合护理干预的25例患儿资料组成观察组,对比两组患儿的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿的临床症状消失时间及住院时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预对小儿支气管炎的治疗效果具有一定促进作用,可有效缩短临床症状缓解时间,减少并发症产生,具有一定安全性。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on efficacy and complications in children with bronchitis.Methods 50 children from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group (routine nursing)and observation group (comprehensive nursing intervention)by nursing ways,25 cases in each.The efficacy and complication of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05);The disappearance time of symptoms,hospital stays in observation group was shorter than control group (P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can increase efficacy and reduce complications.
