几种观赏草的耐盐性研究

以细叶芒(Miscanthus sinensis ‘Gracillimus’)、紫穗狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides)、格兰马草(Bluegrama Bouteloua gracilis)为试验材料,比较研究三种观赏草在不同NaCl混合盐胁迫处理下,存在的耐盐性差异。结果表明在盐胁迫下三种观赏草各项生理指标变化的趋势有较大差异,选用多个相关指标组成综合耐盐鉴定指标对其耐盐性进行评价,更具科学性,可以作为判断植物抗盐能力的评定依据;3种观赏草均表现出一定的耐盐能力,其中格兰马草耐盐性最强,其次是紫穗狼尾草,最后是细叶芒。

With Miscanthus sinensis‘Gracillimusfine、Pennisetum alopecuroides、Bluegrama Bouteloua gracilis as experimental material,a comparative study of three ornamental grasses in different NaCl mixed salt stress,the difference of salt tolerance.The results showed that under salt stress of three ornamental grasses each physiological index change trend has bigger difference,using multiple indexes comprehensive identification of salt-tolerance index of salt tolerance of its evaluation,more scientific,evaluation criteria can be used to judge the plant salt resistance ability;3 kinds of ornamental grasses showed a certain salt tolerance,first is Bluegrama Bouteloua gracilis,second is Pennisetum alopecuroides,last is Miscanthus sinensis‘Gracillimusfine.
