摘要
为了改进林木标记材料和方法,应用磁条作为标记材料,植入青杨树干,研究了植入磁条数量、植入深度和植入年限对信号感应的影响,同时研究了植入磁条对树干生长和木材加工的影响。结果表明:磁条感应信号报警声音的大小分贝值随着植入磁条数量的增加而增加,随着植入深度和植入年限的增加而减弱,每株树干植入3个磁条,植入深度3cm时能用感应器(检测仪器)检测到清晰的声音信号,声音大小为102.89dB。植入磁条后,树皮上留下的损伤孔直径随着植入年限的增加而减小,而心材磁条周围褐化面积随着植入年限的增加而增加,磁条植入后第3年损伤孔愈合,疤痕消失,而磁条周围褐化面积达到4.02cm^2。植入磁条林木,加工时对加工工具带锯锯齿和刨床刀片有一定的损伤,且在加工的板材上有磁条疤痕。
In order to improve materials and methods of marking,magnetic stripes were used for marking materials,which were implanted into trunk of Populus davidiana Dode,the effects of implanting magnetic stripe number,depth and years on signal induction were studied,and the effects of implanting magnetic on trunk growth and timber processing were studied.The result showed that the alarm sound size decibels of signal induction was increased with implanting magnetic strip number increased,decreased with implanting depth and years increased,the aural signal was checked by sensor(test instrument) clearly where was three magnetic stripes implanted into trunk in one tree with implanting depth 3cm,the sound size was 102.89dB.The diameter of damage hole on bark was decreased with years increased,browning area around magnetic stripe was increased with years increased,the browning area was 4.02cm^2,and the damage holes were closed,the scars on face were missed after magnetic stripe implanted three years.The band saw teeth and planer blades were damaged by magnetic stripes in woods;scar on face of woods was made by magnetic stripes in woods.
