大型水库下游集镇区河道生态景观治理浅析——以新昌县黄泽江干流综合治理为例

A Brief Analysis of River Regulation for Town Area River in the Downstream of Large Reservoir——Taking the River Regulation for the Main Stream of Huangze River in Xinchang as An Example

浙江省内有各型水库4000多座,为浙江省防洪减灾、水资源保障作出了巨大贡献。水库建成后下游河道的属性特征有所改变,生态治理理念、方法需要有区别于常规河道。当前对建成水库下游河道的治理研究还不够充分,在河道生态治理的新一轮高潮中更加凸显。本文参照新昌县钦寸水库下游的黄泽江干流综合治理规划的实践探索经验,总结归纳大型水库下游集镇区河道的治理策略与方法。

There are almost 4000 reservoirs with several types in Zhejiang.These reservoirs make great contribution to the flood control,disaster reduction and the guarantee of water resource.The characters of the downstream river will change after building the reservoir on the upstream.Thus causing the difference management concept and measures between these rivers and common rivers.The insufficient research of how to regulate the reservoir downstream river is an outstanding problem at present.This thesis takes practice experience from river regulation measures of Huangze River which is the downstream of Qincun Reservoir.And summarize the management concept and measures of river regulation for town area river in the downstream of large reservoir.
