巨噬细胞炎性微环境对肿瘤发生发展作用的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 巨噬细胞是慢性炎症中的一类重要细胞,其中活化的M2亚型分泌一系列炎症因子,参与炎性微环境的调节,也参与肿瘤微环境的调控。肿瘤形成后浸润在肿瘤组织的巨噬细胞,即肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)能维系肿瘤微环境,促进血管及淋巴管生成,加速肿瘤上皮间质化进程,有利于肿瘤的生长、浸润及转移。表达不同表面抗原的TAMs对肿瘤临床预后的影响不尽相同,靶向TAMs及其相关的细胞因子和信号通路可能是有希望的抗肿瘤手段。本文将从TAMs介导的微环境入手,对其在肿瘤发生、发展过程中的作用机制作一简述,并探讨靶向TAMs防治肿瘤的可能性,为抗肿瘤治疗提供一个思路。
