Discussion on Supply-side Reform and Innovation of Chlor-Alkali Industry

氯碱行业作为基础原材料行业,要适应经济发展新常态,必须深化供给侧结构性改革,推进"三去一降一补"。简述了我国氯碱行业供给侧改革取得的初步成效,从体制创新、技术创新、管理创新等方面阐述了构建龙头氯碱企业集团,提质增效、防治污染的途径,促使我国从世界氯碱生产大国走向绿色可持续发展的氯碱生产强国。

As a raw material industry, in order to adapt to China's New Normal, the chlor-alkali industry must deepen supply -side structural reform, address overcapacity, reduce inventory, deleverage, lower costs, and bolster areas of weakness. The preliminary results of the supply-side reform of China's chlor-alkali industry are briefly described. From the aspects of system innovation, technological innovation and management innovation, ways of constructing leading chloralkali enterprise groups, improving quality and efficiency, and preventing pollution are expounded, which will be conducive to China's transformation from a chlor-alkali products manufacturer of quantity to one of quality.
