摘要
本文以全球气候变暖下的宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄产区气候变化为背景,以数据、客观事实为依据,阐述了环境因素变化引起的产区葡萄原料质量波动,从而诱发酒质降低的可能;并提出要明确国内外葡萄主产区生境差异,从生物与农艺技术措施有机结合,提升酿造水平,降低葡萄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)含量,建立适应宁夏贺兰山东麓生态条件葡萄栽培技术体系,形成支撑产业绿色可持续发展的应对技术措施。
Based on the background of climate change of grape growing area in Helan mountain east in Ningxia under the global climate warming,based on the data and objective facts,the paper expounds that the change of environmental factors causes the fluctuation of grape quality in the producing area,and thus induces the possibility of wine quality decreasing.It was suggested that the difference of habitat in the main grape production areas at home and abroad should be clarified,and the organic combination of biological and agronomic measures should be taken to improve the brewing level and reduce the(EC)content of carbamate in wine.Establishment of grape cultivation technology system adapted to ecological conditions in the Helan mountain east in Ningxia to form countermeasures for green and sustainable development of supporting industry.
