摘要
随着宁夏葡萄酒产业的发展,提升技能人才培养的国际化水平和国际竟争力是产业发展的迫切需求。因此需要做好"顶层设计"即人才培养方案的建设;引进国际教育先进理念,进行基于工作过程的课程体系构建;加大学生外语交流能力培养;加强葡萄酒生产技术和推广营销技能的培养;学生要熟知世界各国文化、法律、金融、地理、历史、宗教等方面的通识知识;增加互联网、大数据、物流、电子商务等方面的拓展知识,培养学生的创新能力。采用拿来、融合、创新的手段进行课程建设和网络开放课程建设;加大国际化师资队伍建设和实训基地建设,提高培养质量。
With the development of Ningxia wine industry,it is an urgent need for the development of Ningxia wine industry to improve the international level and international competitiveness of skilled personnel training.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the“top-level design”,that is,the construction of talent training program.Introduce the advanced concept of education and construct the course system based on working process.Strengthen the cultivation of students'foreign language communication ability.Improving the cultivation of wine production technology and promotion marketing skills;Students should be familiar with the general knowledge of culture,law,finance,geography,history,religion and other aspects of the world.Expand the knowledge of internet,big data,logistics,e-commerce and other aspects to cultivate students'innovative ability.The course construction and network open course construction are carried out by means of taking,integrating and innovating.Strengthen the construction of international teachers and training base to improve the quality of training.
