摘要 以应用于北京S1线直线牵引电机为研究对象,从电机的电磁设计、结构设计、制造工艺及试验方面入手,总结出解决电磁推力输出与法向力波动、工作条件恶劣及环境适应性要求高等上述难题的方法思路。同时还对中低速磁浮列车用牵引电机的设计、制造、应用提出建议。 Taking the linear traction motor applied in Beijing S1 line as a study object.Starting from the aspects of electromagnetic design,structural design,manufacturing process and test,this paper summarizes the method and idea to solve the problems of fluctuant electromagnetic thrust output and normal force,poor working condition,high environmental adaptability requirement,etc.In the meantime,the recommends on the design,manufacturing and application of linear traction motor for medium-and low-speed maglev train are put forward.
