摘要
介绍了核电站电辅泵电机的振动测试、原因分析及解决方案,其中对电机铸铝转子与轴结构分析要点进行了较为详细的论述,最终通过采取对电机结构优化、工艺保证等方法有效的解决了电辅泵电机振动问题。
This paper introduces the vibration test,cause analysis and solution scheme of auxiliary pump motor in nuclear power station,in which the main structural analyses of cast aluminum rotor and shaft are discussed in detail.Finally,the vibration problem of auxiliary pump motor is effectively solved by adopting the methods of structure optimization and process guarantee.
