工业用高压脉冲电场灭菌电源研制 被引量:10

摘要 针对高压脉冲电场灭菌设备工业化对脉冲电源的特殊要求,提出一种采用固态开关的新型高压脉冲电源。此电源通过对传统Marx高压脉冲发生器的结构进行改进,使新型电源具有良好的电压钳位功能,解决固态开关串联对于开关开断不一致性而导致固态开关串连锁击穿的问题。此电源由8个结构相同的标准级单元组成,使用现场可编辑逻辑门阵列(FPGA)作为控制源,为8个级标准单元提供相对独立的控制信号。使用光纤隔离方式,使隔离电压不受影响,并且为每个级标准单元的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)驱动板设计独立的供电电源。实验结果证明,此电源性能良好,能够满足工业用高压脉冲电场灭菌的需求。 Aiming at the special requirements of high voltage pulsed electric field sterilization equipment industrialization,a new high voltage pulsed electric power supply with solid-state switch was proposed.The new one has improved the structure of the traditional Marx generator.Beyond that,it has a good voltage clamping function,which solves the series of solid-state switches cascading breakdown caused by its inconsistent switch-off action.It is composed of eight standard units with the same structure.The field programmable gate array(FPGA)was used as the main control unit to provide relative independent control signals for every standard unit.By using optical fiber isolation,the isolation voltage was not restricted,and the independent power supply was designed for insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)driver board of each level standard unit.The experimental results show that the device has good performance and meets the actual demand of high voltage pulsed electric field sterilization.
