摘要
本文对化铣保护胶自动浸涂过程中的胶液温度、胶液黏度、浸胶停留时间、浸胶次数等影响因素进行了分析和研究。结果表明,温度过高或过低均影响胶液流动性,不利于胶层厚度均匀性要求;保证总厚度情况下,浸胶次数越少,越利于胶层均匀性控制;胶液黏度在45~55 s时,可以有效避免胶层质量缺陷;工件在胶液的停留时间对胶层质量稳定性影响不明显。
Influencing factors in automatic dipping process of protective adhesive for chemical milling,such as adhesive temperature,adhesive viscosity,dipping residence time,dipping times and so on,were analyzed and researched in this paper.The results show that excessive or low temperature will affect the fluidity of the adhesive,which is bad for the uniformity of the adhesive layer thickness.When the total thickness is kept constant,the less the dipping times are,the better the control of the uniformity of the adhesive layer is.When adhesive viscosity was 45-55 s,coating defects could be avoided.Effect of dipping residence time on the stability of adhesive quality is not obvious.
