摘要
本文研究了榆干离褶伞多糖的超声提取工艺。首先考察超声时间、超声温度、料液比和超声功率单因素试验对榆干离褶伞多糖得率的影响,接着采用响应面试验优化多糖的提取工艺。试验测得在超声时间30 min,超声温度60℃,料液比1∶18,超声功率415 W条件下为榆干离褶伞多糖的最佳提取工艺,得率为7. 96%±0. 03%。
The extraction of polysaccharides from Lyophyllum ulmarium were investigated with ultrasound-assisted extraction in the paper.The influence of extraction duration,extraction temperature,material to liquid ratio and ultrasonic power on the extraction yield of polysaccharides were studied,then the optimum extraction conditions were found by response surface methodology.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction duration 30min;extraction temperature 60℃;material to liquid ratio 1∶18 and ultrasonic power 415 W,under these conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharides was 7.96%±0.03%.
