摘要
用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了聚丙烯、聚乙烯的比热值。用三种比热测量方法:ADSC调制DSC法、TOPEM调制DSC法、蓝宝石法。分析了三种方法的优缺点,探讨了调制DSC法测量比热的可行性。为聚烯烃材料生产、加工、成型等环节的热平衡核算提供准确的数据支持。
The specific heat of polypropylene and polyethylene were measured with a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).There different method including ADSC modulation DSC method,TOPEM modulation DSC method and sapphire method were used.The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were analyzed according results.The possibility of using TOPEM method to measure specific heat was discussed.This discussion will provide accurate data for production,procession and molding of polyolefin materials.
