不同生长速率肉鸡肠道真菌结构分析 被引量:3

摘要 本研究旨在利用高通量测序技术比较不同生长速率肉鸡盲肠真菌结构差异,以探讨肉鸡生长速率与肠道真菌结构的关系。选择一商业化养殖鸡舍,开展10 000只肉仔鸡的饲养试验。38日龄时,随机选择600只公鸡进行称重,从中分别选取最高体重(H组)、中等体重(M组)和最低体重(L组)各8羽,取盲肠内容物用于高通量测序分析。Alpha多样性指数表明,L组真菌的丰度最高,其次为M组和H组;H组的真菌多样性最高,其次为M组和L组。真菌序列聚集成2 759个OTUs,分为5个菌门:球囊菌门(Glomeromycota),壶菌门(Chytridiomycota),接合菌门(Zygomycota),担子菌门(Basidiomycota)和子囊菌门(Ascomycota),优势菌门均为子囊菌门。丰度最高的10个属分别为念球菌属(Candida),隐球菌属(Cryptococcus),曲霉属(Aspergillus),哈萨克斯坦酵母(Kazachstania),刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum),赤霉菌属(Gibberella),微囊菌属(Microascus),Phialemoniopsis,链格孢属(Alternaria)和木霉属(Trichoderma),在属水平上肠道真菌存在较大的个体差异。L组与H组肉鸡肠道真菌群落构成差异较大,由聚类分析可知,L组致病菌曲霉菌属(Aspergillus)、毛霉菌(Mucor)丰度较高。
