一种基于^(18)F-^(19)F同位素交换的分子影像探针合成方法与应用研究进展

摘要 随着PET/CT显像在分子影像学中的广泛应用,正电子放射性药物尤其是18 F标记的放射性分子探针的研发成为研究的热点和难点。近年来,一种基于18F-19F同位素交换原理下的正电子药物合成方法,因其无需干燥步骤、可以实现一步法标记、分离纯化简单、可实现多功能标记等优势,成为一种新的放射性药物标记的策略。本文介绍一种基于同位素交换原理,利用放射合成子AMBF3标记分子影像探针的策略,并就目前其基本方法和应用研究进展进行综述。
