不良修复体在牙周病患者中的应用及对牙龈癌发生的影响研究

The Study of the Application of the Prosthesis in the Treatment of Periodontal Disease and the Incidence of Gingival Cancer

目的探讨不良修复体在牙周病患者中的应用及对牙龈癌发生的影响。方法选取有修复体的牙周病患者16例为研究组,选取同期有修复体无牙周病的研究对象44例为对照组,分析牙周病患者不良修复体相关情况及其牙龈癌发生率的影响。结果两组患者对比而言,研究组患者的各项临床评价指标明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对牙龈癌的影响方面,研究组患者牙龈癌发生率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后满意度对比方面,研究组满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论不良修复体容易导致牙周病发生发展,并加大牙龈癌发生风险,临床上应当提高牙体修复水平。

Objective To investigate the application of defective prosthesis in periodontal disease and its impact on the incidence of gingival cancer. Methods 16 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital in April 2013~September 2017 were selected as the study group.44 cases of periodontitis without periodontitis in the same period were selected as the control group.The effects of the related conditions and the incidence of gingival cancer in the patients with periodontitis were analyzed. Results The clinical evaluation indexes of the two groups were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ).The incidence of gingival cancer in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05).The satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly better than that of the study group.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Bad restorations can easily lead to periodontal disease development and increase the risk of gingival cancer.
