从法治的视角谈我国现行职业道德之不足

The Inadequacy of Current Professional Morality from the Rule of Law

我国现行职业道德作为上层建筑之一主要受到现有经济基础决定,但又受到现代民主与法治思想的影响,而法治与道德在社会基本价值上能达到相当深度的融合。当用法治理念审视现行职业道德的时候,会发现较多现行职业道德的内容与法治理念不太协调之处。本文正从该视角反思我国现行职业道德之不足,以供有志者参考。

China's current professional ethics determined by the existing economic base,but also are influenced by modern ideas of democracy and the rule of law.When the concept of the rule of law examines the current ethics,it will find more contents are not coordinated with the rule of law.This article reflects the inadequacy of our current professional ethics.
