摘要
为了研究反后坐装置的设计可靠性,通过分析反后坐装置工作原理以及火炮后坐过程,设计了一种气压式后坐模拟实验系统。该装置通过气缸活塞两侧压强差来推动活塞杆,进而推动反后坐装置模拟后坐运动。通过分析模拟后坐过程中的气缸两侧压力变化过程,推导出气缸充气压力计算公式,并以某反后坐装置为原型进行了模拟试验。试验结果表明,后坐模拟实验系统基本能满足要求。该系统可以应用于反后坐装置、缓冲器、悬架等缓冲装置的试验与辅助设计。
To study design reliability of recoil system,a pneumatic recoil simulation experiment system is designed.The working principle of recoil system and the recoil process of artillery are analyzed.The device pushes a piston rod through the pressure difference between two sides of cylinder piston.Thereby the recoil system is pushed to simulate the recoil movement.A calculation formula of cylinder pressure is derived by analysis of change process of cylinder pressure in the simulated recoil process.A simulation test is carried out with a recoil system as the prototype.The test results show that the system can basically meet the requirements;the system can be applied to the test and auxiliary design of buffer devices such as recoil system,buffer and suspension.
