摘要 为满足大型石油海船深水区大吨位货物吊装运输作业的需求,设计了一种利用双油缸控制变幅的门架型式A字架液压系统。分析了A字架在吊装的过程中,控制油缸变幅工况特性以及吊装最大吨位250 t的过程中油缸受力情况;阐述了油缸变幅液压控制策略,介绍了A字架液压控制原理和设计要点,并设计出A字架液压系统,说明了其液压系统控制原理和主要参数设置。该设备安装于某石油海船上,通过现场使用,其A字架液压系统工作安全、稳定、系统可靠性好,具有重要的推广应用和理论研究价值。 In order to satisfy the demand of large-tonnage cargo hoisting and transporting operation in deep water area for big oil sea ship,we design a hydraulic system of door type A-frame with double oil cylinders controlling amplitude.We analyze the characteristics of variable amplitude working condition of control oil cylinder and the force of oil cylinder in a lifting process of the A-frame with a maximum tonnage of 250 t;we expound a hydraulic control strategy of variable amplitude for oil cylinder,and introduce the control principle and key design points of the hydraulic system for A-frame,and design a hydraulic system of A-frame;the equipment is installed on a ship of petroleum sea;through field use,the A-frame hydraulic system is safe,stable and reliable,which has important value of popularizing application and theoretical research.
