成人心理弹性量表(RSA)在城市孕妇人群中的信效度评价

Reliability and validity of Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA) in urban pregnant women

目的检验成人心理弹性量表(Resilience Scale for Adults,RSA)在城市孕妇人群中的信效度。方法以2016年6月至2017年8月期间在上海两所接产医院建大卡并愿意参加"上海亲子队列"的1 689名孕妇为研究对象,孕16周左右填写RSA,孕32～36周时填写焦虑和抑郁量表(SAS和CES-D)。在对RSA进行项目分析并探索量表结构的基础上,对修订后的量表进行信效度检验。结果经项目分析和探索性因子分析,修订后的RSA保留22个条目,含5个因子,因子负荷在0.428～0.768,累积方差解释率为52.493%。总量表的分半信度为0.798,总量表及各因子的内部一致性系数为0.546～0.850。各因子分与总量表分高度相关,相关系数为0.540～0.778;各因子间相关系数略低,为0.171～0.590。修订后的量表总分与孕晚期焦虑、抑郁水平呈显著负相关。验证性因子分析发现,χ2/df值为6.783,GFI、CFI、IFI、AGFI值分别为0.919、0.881、0.881、0.897,RMSEA值为0.059。结论修订后的RSA在孕妇人群中具有良好的心理测量属性。

ObjectiveTo examine the reliability and validity of Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA) in urban pregnant women. MethodsA total of 1 689 pregnant women who built pregnant women manual in two maternity hospitals in Shanghai and who would like to participate in Shanghai Maternal-Child Pairs Cohort from Jun.,2016 to Aug.,2017 were taken as research objects.RSA was filled around 16 weeks of gestation and scales for anxiety (Self-rating Anxious Scale,SAS) and depression (Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression Scale,CES-D) were completed at 32 to 36 weeks of gestation.Based on the item analysis and exploration of the structurre of RSA,the reliability and validity of the revised RSA were tested. ResultsAccording to item analysis and exploratory factor analysis results,the number of items in the revised RSA was reduced to 22,including five factors which explained 52.493% of the total variance and factor loading ranged from 0.428 to 0.768. The split-half reliability for the total scale was 0.798 and the coefficient of internal consistency of total scale and factors ranged from 0.546 to 0.850.Each factor was highly correlated with the total score,with the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.540 to 0.778.The correlation coefficient between each factor was slightly lower ranging from 0.171 to 0.590.The total score of the revised RSA was negatively correlated with the level of anxiety and depression in the late pregnancy.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2/df value of GFI,CFI,IFI,AGFI,and RMSEA were 6.783,0.919,0.881,0.881,0.897,and 0.059,respectively. ConclusionsThe revised RSA has good psychometric properties in pregnant women.
