摘要
新时代对健康提出了新的要求,怎样保持健康、如何促进健康已成为热点问题。随着国家"健康中国战略"的提出,太极拳作为一项民族的、传统的运动项目,其健身作用也被赋予了新的历史使命。研究主要以文献资料法,综述了国内外太极拳健身功效方面的文献。结果:(1)太极拳能改善心血管的功能;能改善呼吸机能;能改善人体的免疫机能;能增加人体的关节活动度;能增强人体的肌肉力量,能改善人体的平衡能力。(2)太极拳作为民族的、传统的运动项目,将会大力推动全民健康及健康中国战略的实施,为中国健康事业的发展贡献力量。推广好太极拳项目,发挥好太极拳作用,利用好太极拳的文化传播,使其在健康中国背景下大显身手。
The new era puts forward new requirements on health,and health has become the time demand of a country's healthy development.With the national“healthy China strategy”proposed,Tai Chi has been given a new historical mission.This paper mainly reviews the literature on the effect of Tai Chi at home and abroad.Results:(1)tai chi can improve cardiovascular function,respiration,people's immunity,muscle strength,joint mobility and balance.(2)Tai Chi is the national and traditional sports item.It will vigorously promote the implementation of national health and healthy China strategy and contribute to the development of China's health cause.We should popularize the Tai Chi project,give play to the role of Tai Chi,and make good use of the cultural communication of Tai Chi,so that it can play its role in a healthy Chinese context.
