高校口述校史档案征集工作的思考

开展口述校史档案征集工作是高校抢救和保护档案资源的重要举措,是弘扬学校历史文化、提升师生精神动力的重要抓手。尽管近年来很多高校开展了该项工作,但是还存在对征集工作不够重视、缺乏相对稳定的征集队伍和科学的征集方法等问题。口述校史档案征集是一项长期而复杂的工作,需要结合本校实际情况,遵循相关征集原则,从树立征集意识、强化组织保障,做好前期准备、访谈有的放矢,整理口述资料、发挥档案价值等方面采取措施。

The collection of oral college history archives is an important measure to rescue and protect the archives resources in college.It is also important to carry forward the college history and culture,and enhance the spiritual motivation of teachers and students.Although many colleges have carried out this task in recent years,there are still some problems,such as insufficient attention to the collection,lack of the relatively stable teams and scientific collection methods.The oral school history archives collection is a long-term and complicated task.It is necessary to combine with the actual situation of colleges,follow the relevant collection principles and take the measures such as establishing the collection awareness,and strengthening the organizational guarantee;making preparations in advance,and having targeted interviews;sorting out oral materials,and giving full play to the value of archives.
