联合检查骨髓细胞和血小板参数对血液病的诊断价值体会

Diagnostic Value of Bone Marrow Cells and Platelet Parameters in Blood Diseases

目的探讨联合检查骨髓细胞核血小板参数对血液疾病的诊断与临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月本院收治的血液病患者50例作为研究组,选同期体检健康者人员50例作为参照组,两组人员均采取骨髓细胞与血小板联合检查,观察骨髓细胞与血小板参数对血液病临床诊断价值。结果研究组患者血小板压积与血小板计量低于参照组患者,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血小板平均体积要高于参照组患者,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血小板体积分布的宽度要高于参照组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察两组骨髓涂片的情况发现:血小板分布比较,研究组能够见一个血小板,参照组可见血小板汇聚分布现象;巨核类细胞比较,研究组可见幼稚式巨核类细胞,参照组可见成熟式巨核类细胞;骨髓增生情况进行观察,研究组骨髓增生显著活跃,参照组骨髓现象正常。结论血液病检查采用骨髓细胞联合血小板参数方式,能够有效提高血液病检查诊断的准确度,有助于血液病的早期检出,有利于血液病的治疗,在临床上有推广与应用作用。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and clinical value of combined detection of bone marrow nuclear platelet parameters on blood diseases.Methods From January 2017 to February 2018,50 cases of hematological diseases admitted to our hospital were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the reference group during the same period.The two groups were examined by bone marrow cells and platelets together to observe the bone marrow Clinical Value of Cell and Platelet Parameters in the Diagnosis of Hematological Diseases.Results The study group patients with platelet pressure and platelet count lower than the reference group patients,the data between the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The mean platelet volume in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The width of platelet volume distribution in study group was higher than that in reference group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The observation of bone marrow smear of two groups showed that platelet distribution could be seen in one group of platelets in the study group and distribution of platelets in the reference group.Compared with megakaryocytic group,immature megakaryocytes were found in the study group.In the reference group,mature megakaryocytes Cells;bone marrow hyperplasia were observed,the study group was significantly active bone marrow hyperplasia,the reference group of bone marrow normal.Conclusion Hematopathy test using bone marrow cells combined with platelet parameters,can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of hematological diseases,contribute to the early detection of hematological diseases,is conducive to the treatment of hematological diseases,and has clinical application and promotion.
