免疫检验分析质量控制在临床免疫检验中的应用价值

Application value of quality control in immunoassay analysis in clinical immunoassay

目的分析免疫检验分析质量控制在临床免疫检验中作用与应用价值。方法选取本院2017年9月至2018年9月间收集的经质量控制的100份免疫检验血样为研究组,以2016年8月至2017年8月间收集100份未进行质量控制的免疫检验血样为对照组,对比两组的质量控制情况,分析检验效果的差异。结果研究组样本的AFP、INS、IAb、CA199、CA724、CA125、CEA以及血清C-P变异指数的检测结果相比于对照组均明显更低,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);研究组治愈率高于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验中,应用免疫检验分析质量控制能显著降低各指标的变异指数,提高检验结果的准确性与可靠性,能为临床诊疗提供准确、可靠的数据,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To analyze the role and application value of quality control in immunoassay analysis in clinical immunoassay.Methods A quality-controlled 100 blood test sample collection group was collected from September 2017 to September 2018.100 samples were collected from August 2016 to August 2017 without quality control.The blood samples of the immunoassay were used to establish a control group,and the quality control of the two groups was compared,and the difference in the test results was analyzed.Results The results of AFP,INS,IAb,CA199,CA724,CA125,CEA and serum CP variation index in the study group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference in the comparison.The study was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the cure rate of the two groups,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was a significant difference in the comparison.The study was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical immunoassay,the application of immunoassay analysis quality control can significantly reduce the variation index of each index,improve the accuracy and reliability of the test results,provide accurate and reliable data for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improve the treatment efficiency.
