肾上腺肿瘤手术治疗中后腹腔镜技术的应用分析

Application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of adrenal tumors

目的探讨肾上腺肿瘤手术治疗中后腹腔镜技术的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的90例肾上腺肿瘤手术患者临床资料,按照手术方式的不同分为对照组(开腹手术)与研究组(后腹腔镜手术),对比两组治疗效果及安全性。结果研究组手术时间、术后住院时间、下床活动时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组、对照组术后并发症发生率分别为2.22%(1/45)、17.78%(8/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后病理分型对比,差异无统计学意义。结论后腹腔镜技术在肾上腺肿瘤手术治疗中的应用效果更为理想,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等特点,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective To explore the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with adrenal tumor surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group(open surgery)and study group(posterior laparoscopic surgery).The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Operation time,postoperative hospitalization time and out of bed activity time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,while intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those in the control group,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group and the control group was 2.22%(1/45)and 17.78%(8/45),respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The comparison of postoperative pathological types between the two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion The application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of adrenal tumors is more ideal,which is characterized by less trauma,rapid recovery and less complications.Therefore,it is worthy of further study and popularization.
