摘要 直流区域配电系统中三相逆变器的过流分为过载过流和短路过流两种情况。区配系统要求逆变器具备在不同过载情况下维持运行一定时间以及短路过流时限制电流为两倍额定电流并维持0.5 s的能力。因此针对过载能力要求,通过拟合过载反时限曲线实现保护;针对短路保护要求,通过限定电流环参考值实现短路保护。实验结果证明了逆变器过流保护策略的有效性。 The overcurrent of three-phase inverter in DC zonal electric distribution system can be divided into overloading and short-circuit overcurrent. The system requires that the inverter have the ability to keep running for a certain time under different overload conditions and it limits the current to the two times the rated current and runs for 0.5s when the load is short circuited. In order to meet the overload capacity requirements, an inverse time overload curve is fitted to realize protection. As to the requirement of short-circuit protection, short circuit protection is realized by limiting reference value of current loop. The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the overcurrent protection strategy.
